As if sex needed any more selling!
Move over sleeping pills! Sex does two things. Exertion acts as a tranquilizer, and hormones such as oxytocin and prolactin are released during orgasm. Both put you to sleep. No wonder most couples agree that the next best thing after a session between the sheets is a sound sleep.
A Scottish study found that men and women who had plenty of sex coped well with stress and had lower blood pressure than those who abstained. Researchers at Brigham Young University in the US also linked frequent intercourse to lower blood pressure.

One study done by researchers at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Scotland found that people who were enjoying lots of sex with a steady partner — four times a week, on average — were perceived to be seven to 12 years younger than their actual age. Researchers looked at participants through one-way mirrors and guessed their ages; they found that the hormones released during regular sex, like testosterone and estrogen, keep the body looking young. For women, estrogen has also been shown to give us soft skin and shiny hair.
Many women say period pain diminishes if they do the deed during a cramp attack.
Why so? Well there's a theory to it. Muscle contraction which happens during orgasm relieves tension in the muscles of uterus – the ones that cause menstrual cramps – therefore easing the pain.
But don't go hitting on the trainer already!

It’s been reported that an average session in the sack, depending on your weight of course, burns as much as 300 calories per hour. All the more reason to get it on as much as possible - and last an hour.
And if the hour long sexercise gets monotonous, then make it hot and wet with some toys, vibrators and lubricants. Don't fret. Easily available here:
