Have you ever been mesmerised by a beautiful woman in a wedding, a party or a pub but were clueless on how to approach her? Most men don’t know how to approach women or ace at pissing a woman off by starting on the wrong foot. Below mentioned are 6 simple steps that you can follow to woo a woman...

1. Observe her mannerisms from afar

Try to understand her basic nature: does she laugh too often, is she quietly standing at the corner, is she the centre of attraction, etc. This information will help you when you try to approach her.

2. Try to catch her attention, and give her a smile

Don’t keep staring, that is just freaky! Give her a smile (do not bare all your 32 teeth, you are not a chimpanzee). If she responds with a smile, proceed to the next step.

3. Walk up to her after sometime, and kick start a conversation

A good conversation can start with a general statement, "Hi, Have you come here the first time?", "it's too crowded, isn’t it?", "there are not many people on the floor" or "you look beautiful". Don’t use pick-up lines, its passé!

4. After a general introduction, wait for a new song to start, and ask her for a dance

You might have to convince her to dance. But if she sternly denies, do not be a pest and force her. If she agrees, keep your hands off her while you are dancing, unless she initiates.

5. Politely ask her for her number

When the time comes that she needs to leave, ask her if she would like to catch up for a coffee later or if you could take her out for lunch/dinner.

6. Last but not the least, always be a Gentleman

If she responds positively, do not take her to be an easy girl and act cheesy and on the other hand if she responds negatively, be a gentleman and walk away. Do not forget that there are a lot of fishes in the sea
