What’s unfortunate is that the Indian Government wants to ban it. I have a reservation against such inciting works. Not because I think it's a propaganda (as perhaps Rajnath Singh thinks), but because what good is it going to do? It will further anger an already angry (and helpless) lot. These movies are not meant for us. We are the ones suffering. It’s like showing live butchery to a calf standing in cattle chute. They should be shown in prisons (so as to soften a hardened criminal) and to politicians (so that they realize that anyone who doesn’t have a laal batti is prone to violent death). Unfortunately, the ones in prison (read Mukesh Singh) find nothing wrong in what they did, and ones in Parliament want to ban it.
Which leaves what. You and me. To seethe and cry. And maybe die.
